1. Who we are.
Alphryd AI and this site are operated by BG HAMRICK, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy covers our websites, community, and products.
2. What we collect.
Your name and email address when you sign up or purchase; what you choose to post inside the community; and the basic technical logs any website keeps. That’s it — we don’t run ad trackers and we don’t buy or append data about you.
3. Payments.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us — we see only what a receipt shows: your name, email, and what you bought.
4. How we use it.
To run your membership, deliver what you purchased, and send you account and member email. If you’re on our email list, every message includes an unsubscribe link that works.
5. Who touches the data.
The services that run this business on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and community data), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google (email delivery). Each holds only what its job requires. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
6. Your workspace is yours.
The Alphryd folder you build lives on your own computer, in your own files. We don’t see it, host it, or have access to it.
7. Deletion.
Want your account and its data gone? Email bg@bghamrick.com and we’ll delete it.
8. Changes.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so before it takes effect.
